The 1980s were a time of advancement for the automotive industry. Carmakers had to adjust with the times by making smaller and more fuel-efficient vehicles. The end result meant drivers experienced a plethora of unique vehicles, especially in the sports car arena. When drivers think back to 1980s sports cars, they probably think of a red Ferrari.
